Sulfamethazine sustained release bolus. Intended for administration to beef cattle and non-lactating dairy cattle. Indicated for the treatment of: bacterial pneumonia, bacterial scours, calf diphtheria and coccidiosis, bovine respiratory disease complex, acute metritis and foot rot. Treats bacterial pneumonia, scours and calf diphtheria for 3 days.
Dosage: 2 boluses per 100 lbs body wt, repeat in 72 hrs. Repeat at each 72 hr interval as needed. Do not use in female dairy cattle 20 mos of age or older.
Do not use in calves under 1 mo of age or calves being fed an all milk diet. 12-day slaughter withhold.
