Injectable electrolytes.  For use in conditions associated with fluid and electrolyte loss, such as dehydration, shock, and diarrhea, particularly when an immediate source of energy is indicated.

 

Administration: Warm solution to body temperature and administer slowly by IV or intraperitoneal injection.
