Designed to inflate the lungs of newborn calves which have a heartbeat but are unable to breathe.
The face mask and mask grommet fit exactly around the muzzle of calves. Easy to use, compact, and lightweight. Two plastic cylinders draw air through induction valves at one end and direct it to the calf through a face mask via a bi-directional valve.
The bi-directional valve allows the calf free exhalation without the need to remove the unit. Delivers a constant volume of air. Proven to stimulate breathing with as few as 5-10 pumps.
Uses air from outside which contains more oxygen than air given by mouth-to-mouth. Made of tough, high UV resistant plastics, the resuscitators float, and can withstand temperatures between -40 ° to 60 ° C.
