ACUMEN STREP PCR REAGENT (LYOPHILIZED)

Using PCR technology, STREP detects the presence or absence of oligonucleotides (DNA) associated with Streptococcus uberis bacteria in one channel and those associated with Streptococcus spp. in the other channel. Producers use this information as one input to inform management decisions. As always Acumen Detection recommends consulting with your herd’s milk quality consultants and veterinarians. Detection occurs in 3 hours compared to using the culture method. Provides you with clear ‘positive’ or ‘negative’ or ‘retest’ (indeterminate) results.
