SASUB™ PCR REAGENT (Lyophilized)

Using PCR technology, SASUB detects the presence or absence of oligonucleotides (DNA) associated with Staphylococcus aureus bacteria in one channel and those associated with Streptococcus uberis in the other channel. Producers use this information as one input to inform management decisions. As always Acumen Detection recommends consulting with your herd’s milk quality consultants and veterinarians. Detection occurs in 3 hours compared to using the culture method. Provides you with clear ‘positive’ or ‘negative’ or ‘retest’ (indeterminate) results.
