Roto-Clip 6-Slot Carbide Hoof Trimming Disc is designed for professional trimmers and large herds, offering efficient, economical hoof trimming with control and ease. Made from durable steel, the disc features six rectangular carbide inserts that are screwed directly into the disc. Each insert has two sharpened edges and can be rotated and sharpened 3–6 times before needing replacement.

This disc trims approximately 100–150 animals before inserts dull and includes a T-25 star screwdriver for quick insert changes. It is considered Roto-Clip’s least aggressive disc, trimming in a way that produces fine shavings of hoof material—ideal for controlled, smooth cuts. Insert blades are set slightly farther out than the original design, making it more aggressive than the standard 6-slot flat disc. Also suitable for fine finishing work on wood, including notches, stairs, and furniture. Replacement inserts are available.
